Dues

Membership in our Community Association is voluntary.   While payment of dues is voluntary, the Bylaws require in order to serve on the Board, and to vote for Officers & Bylaw Amendments, the household must be a dues-paid member.

Your dues cover the landscaping and maintenance service to our front entry, the BGE bill for the front entry lights, annual fall picnic, welcome gifts to new residents, mailing and preparation of yearly Federal and State filings.  

They also promote community involvement and communications with local government and neighboring communities to protect the investment we made by living in Glenwood Country Club Park.  

The 2023 Membership Dues are $25.
