It has come to our attention that many neighbors continue to speed (especially on the way to/from school) thru the neighborhood and we are getting complaints, especially on Glenwood, Briarcliff, Duncannon, Rolling Road and Rolling Knoll Drive. The speed limit is 25 mph throughout the entire neighborhood including Parsons Ridge. Since there are no sidewalks, people must walk, walk their dogs, and/or jog in the street and the drivers must be alert and should not be speeding. We must keep the safety of each other in mind as we drive through the neighborhood.
